The Virginia Health Care Foundation provides funding for

selected mental health initiatives through Health Safety Net grants and its A New Lease on Life initiative. VHCF also provides

a variety of resources for organizations interested in helping

increase access to care for individuals with mental illness. 

Mental Health Roundtables:

VHCF convenes semi-annual, half-day Mental Health Roundtables focusing on increasing access to mental health services for Virginians.  Representatives from Virginia's health safety net organizations and Community Services Boards, as well as mental health professionals and policy makers are among those attending these valuable presentations.  Materials from recent VHCF Mental Health Roundtables include:
