Grantee Orientation

VHCF facilitates mandatory orientations for new grantees and new project staff twice a year. Each orientation session is designed  to provide an overview of a “year as a grantee” and covers topics such as an introduction to VHCF, the Letter of Agreement (LOA), reporting procedures, and VHCF expectations.

Each orientation attendee receives a binder that contains reporting forms, sample documents, deadlines and numerous other helpful resources. Because the binder is updated annually, documents change periodically. Clicking on any of the following sections will open a list of downloadable documents from the most recent orientation binder.
