Pro Bono Mental Health Clinic Mental Health Association of the New River Valley
The Pro Bono Mental Health Clinic Model of the MHANRV is two-fold. The main program uses licensed mental health providers to see low-income, uninsured patients free of charge for mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and panic disorders. The trainee program supplements the work of these volunteer providers using post-graduate, license-eligible mental health trainees supervised by licensed professionals to provide counseling services to individuals in need.

MHANRV has put together an extensive implementation manual for these programs. If you wish to receive a copy, please contact the Virginia Health Care Foundation. The Foundation also has additional materials for Training and Program Operation available by request.

Following is the Table of Contents for the manual to provide a sense of what it includes. You may see the full text these by clicking on that chapter.
