NETworthy Award
As more and more Virginians become uninsured, often their only sources of health care are Virginia’s hospitals, free clinics, community health centers and other similar organizations. These are the critical strands of Virginia’s health care safety net.
The NETworthy Award was created to recognize a person or organization whose efforts have been especially significant in growing and professionalizing Virginia’s health care safety net.
The 2011 NETWorthy Award winner is:
Stephen A. Horan, PhD
