From discovering information on Medicare prescription

drug benefits to getting details on The Pharmacy Connection,

the resources below will be assistance to anyone

interested in issues related to increasing access to

medications for Virginia's uninsured.

As an added resource, VHCF has compiled a Generic Medication Access Chart.  This chart lists hundreds of medications by brand name and generic name, shows which of eight selected retailers' discount generic drug programs carry the medication, and indicates how much each charges.  (Please note that prices and medications included may change without notice.)  Generic MedSearch is another new tool that includes all of the deeply discounted generic drugs from Walmart/Sams, Target, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Kroger, Ralphs, CVS, Kmart and Giant. It includes the number of pills supplied and the cost for 30 and 90 days from most pharmacies.
