New Horizons Healthcare
New Horizons Healthcare was able to hire an additional Medication Assistance Caseworker (MAC), funded by VHCF’s RxRelief Virginia, to boost the center’s productivity and increase their capacity to help eligible individuals receive medications they need but cannot afford from pharmaceutical companies’ patient assistance programs via VHCF’s Pharmacy Connection software.
