Augusta Regional Free Clinic VHCF grants have enabled this Free Clinic to significantly expand services, funding both a part-time nurse practitioner to expand diabetes and hypertension management services at the clinic and a part-time (circuit-riding) nurse practitioner to provide chronically ill patients with treatment and case management.
