A Physician "On the Move" for Virginians

As the Medical Director of the Prince William Primary Care Mobile Unit, Dr. Rebecca Sinclair has been instrumental in turning the vision of the van into a reality. She created and implemented all operating procedures, devised a process for physician referrals, and implemented a system for patients to receive donated lab and radiological studies.
