Do your children qualify for free health insurance through Virginia’s FAMIS programs? If you’re pregnant, are you eligible for health coverage through FAMIS MOMS? Or, ar you interested in receiving medical, dental or behavioral health services at a health safety net organization?

The Federal Poverty Level chart below includes the income guidelines for Virginia’s FAMIS Programs and most health safety net providers in Virginia. Contact Cover Virginia or your local health safety net organization for more information.  The only way to know if you are eligible for health services, for the FAMIS programs or for financial help to purchase insurance on the Marketplace is to apply.

*Income levels for the New Adult Health Care Coverage, FAMIS, FAMIS MOMS, FAMIS Plus, Medicaid for Pregnant Women, and Plan First are calculated on gross monthly income. Note: the amounts below include the 5% FPL disregard. (For a PDF version of this chart, click: Income Guidelines 1/13/21)
