A New Lease On Life: Health for Virginians with Mental Illness grants provided funding in 2010-2013 to increase access to mental health care in Virginia. This grants program helped connect patients with medical and mental health services.  A New Lease on Life is not currently accepting new applications for funding.

A New Lease on Life was a collaboration with the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, the Virginia Health Care Foundation, the Virginia Community Healthcare Association (VCHA), the Virginia Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (VAFCC) and the Virginia Association of Community Services Boards (VACSB).
