Virginia Health Care Foundation

The Virginia Health Care Foundation is deeply involved in outreach efforts to help communities reach out to eligible Virginians and help them enroll in Medicaid/FAMIS.  VHCF achieves this both via Project Connect grants that fund outreach programs and through its support of SignUpNow. Since 1999, VHCF-funded application assisters have helped enroll over 138,000 individuals. Via its SignUpNow initiative, VHCF has trained more than 17,500 people.

SignUpNow is a resource for community-based organizations dedicated to helping Virginians enroll in and benefit from Medicaid/FAMIS (Virginia’s state-sponsored health insurance programs).
